Nun… Deutsch macht’s schon möglich: beim Wort Single sind alle 3 Artikel richtig! Das Wort ändert jedoch mit jedem Artikel die Bedeutung: während der Single jemand ohne Partner ist, ist die Single ein in der Musikindustrie verwendetes Wort für eine CD mit nur 1 oder 2 Titeln und das Single ein Einzelspiel zwischen 2 Spielern.
Da soll noch jemand sagen, Deutsch sei keine lustige Sprache!

Well… German makes it possible indeed! Take the word Single where all the 3 articles are correct. The meaning of the word changes with the article though: while der Single refers to someone without a partner, die Single is a music-industry term refering to a CD with just 1 or 2 titles and das Single is a sports-word defining a single game.
Now go ahead and say, German is not a fun language!
